Welcome to The Streetwear Expo. By purchasing a ticket, applying as a vendor, attending, or participating in our event, you agree to the following terms and policies.
1. General Event Policy
The Streetwear Expo is a curated streetwear marketplace and cultural experience. All attendees, vendors, partners, and guests are expected to act respectfully and professionally at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who violates event policies without refund.
2. Ticket Policy
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by the ticketing platform.
• Tickets are non-refundable.
• Tickets may be transferable unless restricted by the ticket provider.
• The event date, venue, and schedule are subject to change if necessary.
Entry may be denied without a valid ticket confirmation.
3. Vendor Terms & Conditions
All vendors must be approved prior to the event.
• Vendors must sell original and authentic products only.
• Counterfeit or replica items are strictly prohibited.
• Vendors must comply with assigned booth space and setup guidelines.
• Booth sharing is only allowed with prior approval.
• Vendors must follow designated load-in and breakdown times.
Failure to follow guidelines may result in removal from the event without refund.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Vendor booth payments are non-refundable unless the event is officially canceled by The Streetwear Expo.
If a vendor cancels after payment:
• Payments are non-refundable.
• Transfers may be considered at management discretion.
In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.
5. Code of Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a safe and inclusive environment.
The following will not be tolerated:
• Harassment or discrimination of any kind
• Aggressive or disruptive behavior
• Unauthorized selling outside approved booths
• Use of illegal substances
Anyone violating this policy may be removed immediately.
6. Photo & Video Release
By attending The Streetwear Expo, you consent to being photographed or recorded.
All media captured during the event may be used for promotional purposes, including social media, marketing materials, and future advertising, without compensation.
7. Liability Disclaimer
The Streetwear Expo, its organizers, staff, and partners are not responsible for:
• Lost, stolen, or damaged property
• Personal injury occurring during the event
• Vendor inventory loss
All attendees and vendors participate at their own risk.
8. Food & Safety Regulations
Food vendors must have prior approval and provide required permits.
Open flames or hazardous equipment may be restricted based on venue regulations.
9. Weather & Force Majeure
The event may be postponed, rescheduled, or modified due to weather conditions, venue restrictions, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
10. Intellectual Property
The Streetwear Expo name, logo, branding, and event materials may not be used without written permission.
