FAQ for Vendors
Booth sharing may be allowed but must be approved in advance. Both brands must be listed on the application and meet our event guidelines. Unauthorized booth sharing is not permitted.
Standard booth packages include a designated 6–8 ft space. Table and chair details will be confirmed in your vendor approval email. If needed, vendors may bring their own setup within size guidelines.
Limited electricity access is available upon request and may require an additional fee. Vendors must request electricity during the application process. We recommend bringing extension cords if approved.
Food vendors must receive prior approval and provide any required permits or certifications. Open-flame cooking may be restricted depending on venue regulations.
Used or vintage items may be permitted if they align with the event’s streetwear focus. All products must be approved and meet our brand standards. Counterfeit goods are strictly prohibited.
We curate a balanced mix of streetwear brands to maintain quality, diversity, and authenticity. Selection is based on brand originality, presentation, product quality, and alignment with the Streetwear Expo culture.
All applications are reviewed within 5–7 business days. Approved vendors will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions and full event details.
